The Academic curriculum is designed to accommodate high academic standards at the same time being church friendly for none theologically trained who may/will help churches.

The subjects offered are highly specialized. It ranges from creatively and effectively teaching Sunday schools, to providing Christian education, effects of Mass media (Technology) on children, to the rights of the Children and other child related matters like child trafficking, child abuse etc. Music (Staff notation) is also taught to every candidate to promote children choir in every church.

The ICM faculty is a mixture of visiting resource persons and permanent faculty. Subjects are taught by professionals of the particular subject matter.
